These pistachios are such high quality and I absolutely love the hint of pepper on them. Sooooo good! They are my new go-to snack but are also great on salads and with cheese boards. I can't wait to try the rest of the flavors as well.
Just tried these delicious Sea Salt and Pepper Pistachios from Fiddyment Farms and WOW! They were the perfect topping on my goat cheese and peach jam crostini. The black pepper offered a nice balance to the sweet jam. I highly recommend making your own. The pistachios would also be great in a salad, on an epic charcuterie and cheese board or as a quick, healthy snack. I founds the nuts to be a good ripe green color with the right amount of crunch. Plus, I found the shells to be easy to open. This is a big deal to me because no one wants to break a nail when unshelling the nuts!
