I was a little intimidated to try this Habanero infused Olive Oil but I am very glad that I did! It has the flavor of the chile but not the heat. I've used it in making a thai dish and loved that extra depth of flavor from the olive oil that could get into everything as it cooked. It also smells delicious! I can't wait to use this on more things this fall like in browning the meat for chili's and stews. YUM!
