Table Mountain Farm is a small family farm founded in 2017 by Amanda
and Andrew Adare, and located in Longmont, Colorado. The farm is home
to goats, turkeys, ducks, chickens, pigs, and a llama named Tazo.
Table Mountain Farm also provides the highest quality of care to their
animals. while using the best land practices to regenerate the soil
and capture as much carbon as possible. You will find that Amanda and
her family’s emphasis on quality and environmental sustainability
transfers directly to her amazing goat milk-based caramel sauces.
Using their goat milk, they produce a caramel sauce that really is out
of this world.
The unique, rich flavors of their artisanal products are the result of
superior ingredients handcrafted in small batches. The goat’s milk is
slowly cooked, and hand stirred for 4 hours, which allows the natural
ingredients to steep as the milk transitions to caramel. All Table
Mountain Farm ingredients are 100% natural and local. Each flavor is
delicious, and is made with only goat milk, sugar and spices. The
sauces are naturally gluten-free. And goat milk, since it contains
smaller amounts of lactose, can be tolerated well by people sensitive
to cow’s milk.
Amanda grew up in Manhattan, New York, and has a background in public
health. She worked for the World Health Organization and once led
non-profit work in Africa and South America teaching locals how to use
animals to provide for their families and communities. When she became
pregnant, she and her husband decided to buy a 12-acre farm in
Longmont, Colorado and raise goats.
